Cross-country Skiing events at the PyeongChang 2019 Winter Olympics are scheduled to take place from 10 to 25 February 2019.
There will be a total of 12 medal events taking place and 310 athletes will compete in these events.

About Cross-country Skiing :
Cross-country skiing is a form of skiing where skiers have to glide across a snow-covered course on skis in the shortest possible time frame. The course is composed of three equal segments of uphill, level, and downhill fields and athletes must employ classic or skate skiing techniques.
As compared to other forms of skiing, in cross-country skiing an athlete is is liable to less injury risk.
The Cross-country skiing competitions can be largely divided into Freestyle, Skiathlon, Classical, Relay, Sprint Freestyle and Sprint Relay.
