- Online: You can either log in to your account and make your payment or use the Quick Bill Pay option to pay without logging in.
- By Mail: CenturyLink has multiple payment addresses. Click through on this link and use the payment address tool on the bottom of the page to find the correct address for your location.
- By Phone: The CenturyLink customer service phone number for payments is 1-888-646-0004. The automated system is free to use, but if you have to speak to a rep to get your payment made, it will cost you an extra $3.50.
- In Person: CenturyLink has multiple stores and authorized agent locations where you can make your payment.
