Australia¬†is the world’s sixth-largest country by total area and its capital is Canberra.

Australia has been taking part in the Winter Olympics since 1936.

Australia will once again compete at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea from 9 to 25 February 2018.

So far, Australia has participated in 19 Winter Olympic Games, and has won 5 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze medals.
